**About the role**:
As a Client Advisor at Silk Laundry, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be the face of our brand, providing personalized service and building lasting relationships with our clients. Your deep understanding of our products and values will help you connect with customers and offer styling advice tailored to their unique preferences.

**Day in the life of**:

- ** Customer Service**: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting clients in a warm and friendly manner.
- ** Sales**: Achieve individual and team sales targets by understanding and responding to customer needs, presenting product features, and highlighting our brand's unique selling points.
- ** Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range, including new arrivals and seasonal collections. Share this knowledge with customers to enhance their experience.
- ** Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience that encourages repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- ** Visual Merchandising**: Assist in the presentation of the store, ensuring it reflects the brand's aesthetic and is clean, organized, and inviting.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and supportive work environment. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills.
- ** Inventory Management**: Support inventory management tasks, including receiving and organizing stock, and conducting regular inventory counts.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and a keen interest in Silk Laundry’s brand and products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Energic and intrinsically motivated.
- Strong initiative and an eye for detail.
