When you join us as a **_Patient Service Representative Team Lead_** you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders
- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

**You Will**:

- Greets and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner obtaining complete and pertinent information;
- Creates and maintains weekly Patient Service Representative schedule
- Answers patient questions for scheduling, preps for studies or insurance
- Communicates with Radiologists and referring physicians, addressing any concerns
- Properly address patient, co-workers or vendors complaints
- Trains new employees when needed

- Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world-class customer service

**To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have**:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Experience providing exceptional customer service
- Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience is preferred.

Pay Range: USD $17.50 - USD $19.00 /per hour Shift: Mornings Shift Variations: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
