**What You’ll Do**:

- Data Validation: Verify the integrity of data during input, storage, retrieval, and processing stages.
- Audit and Monitor Data: Regularly review and audit data to identify any discrepancies, errors, or anomalies.
- Implement Data Quality Controls: Develop and implement data quality control procedures to maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with data analysts, database administrators, and other relevant teams to address data quality issues and ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data quality procedures, issues, and resolutions.
- Training and Education: Provide training and support to staff members on data integrity best practices and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of data management practices.
- Data analytics and reporting: Responsible for generating reports on user activity to be shared with purchasing management.
- Support communication between Operations and Manufacturing, including providing updated ETAs on materials and participating in manufacturing meetings.
- Must be able to work schedules according to the need of the operation.

**What You’ll Need**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Ideally in a data role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL
- Ability to perform all duties in a safe manner and in alignment with Company policies and procedures.
- Ability to provide a pro-active approach to project completion and warehouse needs.
- Ability to anticipate needs and multi
- task in a high-volume environment.
- Must be reliable, professional and possess good judgment.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and effective, clear communication skills.
- Must be well organized and detail orientated.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

**Job Location**:
Sylmar, CA (On-Site); travel to other Quixote and Sunset Studio Locations as needed.

**Position Type**:
Full-Time

**Compensation**:
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is between $31.25 - $36.06 an hour.

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment. In compliance with the Law, a potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.

Quixote Studios reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
