**General Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs, business drivers and service requirements
- Act as a client liaison for Archer Technology and external vendors
- Participate in regular client meetings/calls with project updates, ongoing status, and platform release details
- Participate in new products/service implementation projects
- Coordinate with external vendors to write service orders and project requests to submit to Archer Technology
- Work to establish FTP connections
- Review file formats to create standardized file mappings

**Position Requirements/Desired Skills**:

- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in a related capacity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Analytical ability and technical aptitude
- A team player, who can also effectively operate independently as the situation dictates
