Host/server

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. **Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional guest service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
- Experience working in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
