**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a case load of 70-100 personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in the case.
- Requesting and reviewing medical records, police reports, and other documents related to each case.
- Draft and file legal documents, such as demand letters and settlement agreements.
- Negotiate with insurance companies to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
- Coordinate lien reductions with medical providers and lienholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their cases.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation for litigation, if necessary.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of cases.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pre-law, criminal justice, paralegal studies) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Case Manager in a personal injury law firm.
- Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
