**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft demand letters on behalf of clients, detailing the extent of injuries, damages, and liability of the opposing party.
- Collect and review medical records, bills, and other relevant documentation to support demands for compensation.
- Analyze medical records and bills to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Negotiate with medical providers to reduce liens on settlements, ensuring clients receive maximum compensation.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of all communications, documentation, and negotiations related to each case.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other members of the legal team to strategize and optimize case outcomes.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting personal injury cases.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pre-law, paralegal studies) preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a personal injury law firm.
- Proficiency in drafting demand letters and negotiating settlements.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, records, and billing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, case management software).
