**Job Summary**

This position is part of the Human Resources team and will be responsible for the overall system set up and daily administration of the Workday Learning Management System and Talent System to ensure an efficient and effective delivery of content to learners and to support employee performance management and professional development. This role will develop tactics to execute the enterprise learning strategy from a system delivery perspective. This includes course set-up and maintenance based on requirements aligned to the Agency, mapping organizational learning needs to system functionality, updating the course catalog, and building custom and scheduled reports based on organizational needs. The role will also administer the Talent module to set up the structure for employee performance management and professional development.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**

Learning: Direct support for the Workday Learning Management functions to include both employee learning and external learning.
- Manages and tracks the configuring of multiple versions of online courses to meet Agency requirements.
- Maintenance of LMS includes uploading and organizing new content to meet established criteria including appropriately tagging content associated with catalogs.
- Generate reporting to provide visibility to adoption, completion status and effectiveness of training solutions delivered via the LMS.
- Continually evaluates the Learning functionality and advocates for updates, performance upgrades and systems integration as necessary.
- Trains additional internal users as needed.
- Uploads, tests, deploys and maintains all training materials/learning assets hosted in the LMS.
- Ensures all learners are successfully registered and enrolled in the LMS.
- Researches and resolves LMS functionality issues.
- Develops and implements strategies to optimize the LMS and improve the learning experience for learners.
- Assist with scheduling live training events including communication with instructors as well as participants for Agency learning events.
- Collaborates with content providers and instructional design partners to develop Agency required content.

Talent: Direct support for the Workday Talent functions to include performance management and professional development.
- Sets up the annual performance management template and communicates process to Agency management and staff.
- Generate reporting to provide visibility to adoption and completion status of talent solutions.
- Continually evaluates the Learning functionality and advocates for updates, performance upgrades and systems integration as necessary.
- Trains additional internal users as needed.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, Communications or related discipline plus 2+ years related experience OR 5 years professional experience in a related role.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint as well web-based collaborative tools such as SharePoint, Teams etc.)

- Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- Strong critical thinking and analysis skills required.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to shift priorities based on the current business needs and to make progress on multiple, concurrent projects
