**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Focuses on new business growth through acquisition of target prospect accounts in a geographic region.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building within all applicable departments, including but not limited to procurement, signage/branding, corporate real estate, facility services and sustainability/energy.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Leverages customer contacts/relationships to identify and solicit new business opportunities.
- Responsible for total revenue of assigned accounts, including products and services, in line with annualized quota (tracked and reported monthly) and year over year annual revenue growth plan.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and meeting company goals.
- Manages and resolves high-level customer conflicts.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years in Sales/Business Development or Customer Facing Account/Program Management, experience selling to facilities or marketing teams preferred
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and grow new accounts and build deep relationships within an organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality error-free work
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities needed to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong sense of professionalism and courtesy
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, LinkedIn, experience with Salesforce and/or ZoomInfo a plus
- Travel will be required as necessary, 15-30%
- Physical and mental demands
- Bachelors degree in related field is preferred
