Service Now Architect

Install, configure and optimize ServiceNow solutions for AWS cloud environments
- Design and implement highly available, scalable and secure cloud architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as development, operations, and security to ensure the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions on AWS cloud
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve any issues related to ServiceNow deployments on AWS cloud
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company policies for cloud security and governance
- Stay up-to-date with latest AWS services, tools and technologies
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow deployments on AWS cloud
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
TS//SCI with CI Poly
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a systems engineer, with at least 2 years of experience working in the AWS cloud environment
- DoD 8570 IAT II, PU
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and AWS services such as EC2, ECS, Elastic Kubernetes Service, Lambda, DynamoDB, ElastiSearch, S3, RDS, etc.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, network design, security best practices and cloud governance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
- Certifications in AWS cloud services or related fields are highly desirable
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140
