**What You'll Do**:

- **Client Relations**: Schedule appointments, manage device intake and outtake, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- **Problem-Solving**: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- **Device Management**: Complete customized setups on new computer, ensuring they meet client needs.
- **Consultations**: Provide expert advice and support to clients in-shop, remotely, and on-site.
- **Network Support**: Assist with basic network setup and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- **Documentation**: Keep detailed notes and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues for support and collaboration on complex issues.

**Who You Are**:

- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiar with Windows and macOS operating systems
- **Network Knowledge (preferred)**:Have a basic understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
- **Problem Solver**: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- **Communicator**: Excellent communicator with customer service skills.
- **Team Player**: Enjoy working in a collaborative environment and helping others succeed.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience (preferred).
- Willingness to work in close proximity to colleagues, clients, and equipment.
