- Accurately perform data entry to reflect project and production requirements as required by project designer/customer.
- Work directly with Outside Sales, Inside Sales, and Contractors or End-User.
- Respond to all inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service externally and internally.
- Maintain territory sales backlog.
- Maintain up to date product knowledge.
- Perform project take-offs and quotation development as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Skills:_
- Excellent written, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid organizational/prioritization skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Ability to successfully work with different personality types in a team environment.
- Exposure to Accounting.
- Flexible schedule when required.
- Must be able to travel as needed.
- Inquisitive nature encouraged.
- Experience/Education:_
- Associates Degree preferred or 2+ years of progressive Customer Service and/or Project Management experience in lieu of.
