Whether you own an RV, box truck, or medium truck we’re the place to take your car for scheduled maintenance, crucial technical repairs, or even a simple oil change.

Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like:

- Perform general office duties, including answering all phone calls, greeting customers dropping off and picking up vehicles;
- Record vehicle arrivals, information and requested service items in Tekmetric system
- Create cost estimates of services needed and contact customer with any updates to changes to costs, timeframes, services and repairs needed.
- Sell repairs and service to customers based on their needs goals and desires
- Create accurate invoices and collect customer payment
- Maintain and organize office files and documents;
- Schedule appointments for repair services;
- Order auto parts as needed and to maintain inventory
- Make collection calls to outstanding customers;
- Maintain organization in reception area and service desk by informing technicians and shop foreman of actions needed
- Provide administrative support to shop foreman and staff;
- Data Entry in software

This job is for you if you have:

- 2 - 3 years experience and knowledge of auto shop repair industry, specifically auto parts and processes for ordering part via internet and phone
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, and Tekmetric (customer life cycle management software) to schedule service calls, manage inventory and billing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance. Must be able to drive a motor vehicle with passengers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Education**:
High School Diploma/GED
