Solar Pv Installer

Clean Power Construction (CPC) _a Valta Energy Company_ is currently looking for self-motivated Solar Installers to join our team. We have a full schedule of commercial solar projects for 2024 and beyond. We have a top-tier team and are looking to add additional talent to meet our growing needs.
**Qualifications**:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Reliable Self-transportation to job site(s)
- Commercial Solar Installation: Experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn.
- Experience with SolarStrap racking a plus.
**Requirements**:
- Reliable and dependable employee
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel (Willing to travel out of state, if necessary, a plus).
- Effectively communicate with coworkers, foreman, and superintendent.
- Ability to handle physical, repetitive movements, and able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Work comfortably and safely on ladders, sloped roofs, flat roofs and manlifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.).
- Ability to follow directions.
- Equipment operators' certificates a plus (Training may be provided for relevant certifications).
- Basic hand tools needed for PV installation.
- Follow the dress code found in the company handbook.
**Responsibilities**:
- Installation Tasks
- Racking
- Modules
- Wire management materials (Cable Tray, Etc.)
- DC wiring
- Wire Management
- String labeling
- Assist with other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to all safety requirements including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.
- Work schedule
- 4 - 10hr days
- Monday - Thursday (days and times may be adjusted for weather or site restrictions).
