Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable Selftransportation to job site(s)
  • Commercial Solar Installation: Experience preferred.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Experience with SolarStrap racking a plus.

Requirements:

  • Reliable and dependable employee
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel (Willing to travel out of state, if necessary, a plus).
  • Effectively communicate with coworkers, foreman, and superintendent.
  • Ability to handle physical, repetitive movements, and able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Work comfortably and safely on ladders, sloped roofs, flat roofs and manlifts
  • Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.).
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Equipment operators' certificates a plus (Training may be provided for relevant certifications).
  • Basic hand tools needed for PV installation.
  • Follow the dress code found in the company handbook.

  • Wire Management
  • String labeling
  • Assist with other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
  • Adhere to all safety requirements including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.
