Spanish Medical Interpreter

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Interpret spoken communications from English to Spanish and vice versa in various settings.
- Translate written documents such as medical records, documentation, and forms accurately.
- Assist with documentation review and ensure that all translated materials are error-free.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with professionals in medical, social work, or legal settings to ensure accurate communication.
- Possess knowledge of medical terminology and be able to effectively communicate complex information.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in both Spanish and English languages is essential.
- Previous experience as an interpreter, particularly in medical or social work environments, is preferred.
- Familiarity with American Sign Language (ASL) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information accurately and clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to interpret and translate complex information while maintaining neutrality and impartiality.

Pay: $50.00 per hour
