**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and Record RFQs: Accurately document and manage requests for quotations.
- Send Out Quotes: Work with machinists to prepare and send quotations to potential clients.
- Receive POs: Process purchase orders received from customers.
- Track Job Progress: Monitor the progress of jobs and ensure they are on track.
- Interface with Foreman: Communicate project timelines and updates with the shop foreman.
- ERP System Management: Input quotes, orders, customer, and vendor information, and schedule details into the ERP system.
- Generate Financial Reports: Produce financial forecasts and reports for management review.

**Principal Duties**:

- Quotations, Invoices, and POs: Generate and manage quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Shop Scheduling: Help schedule shop activities.
- Project Tracking: Track project expenses, budget, etc.
- Project Expenses: Assist in the ordering and payment of project-related expenses.
- Document Management: Keep company documents accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Updates: Oversee orders from placement to delivery, providing updates to customers during the process.
- Efficiency Improvement: Contribute to overall organization and efficiency of the office and shop
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate delivery and pickup to venders and customers.
- Office and Shop Supplies: Order general office and shop supplies.
- Accounting Books Maintenance: Keep accounting books up-to-date.
- Payroll Processing: Manage payroll for employees.
- Vendor Payments: Handle payments to vendors and manage recurring company bills.
- Accounting Reports: Generate reports to convey accounting information.
- Tax Documentation: Keep tax documents accurate and up-to-date.

**Experience / Education**:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of organizational/operations management or similar role.
- Scheduling Experience: Required
- Computer Proficiency: Essential.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency required.
- Accounting: Experience is a plus.

**Work Shift / Work Hours / Work Week**:

- Hours: 9 x 80 schedule

**Assignment Status / Length**:

- Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time / Direct Hire

**Compensation**:

- Based on Experience: Typical range $50K to $80k

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
