The Tech Support Specialist will act as a product expert and collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales Team across diverse regions, playing a pivotal role in the end-to-end sales process - from conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support to customers, collaborating with internal teams, third-party service providers, and customers to ensure seamless product support and service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical assistance to customers and third-party service providers, including troubleshooting, shipping replacement parts, and sending invoices.
- Support sales and marketing teams in product demonstrations, presentations, and tradeshows as needed.
- Train third-party service providers in servicing robots and providing updates on troubleshooting processes.
- Collaborate with third-party service providers to service existing clients, including shipping parts, repairs, software upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Work with Tech Operations Team on product testing, creating guidelines, manuals, and other relevant documents.
- Conduct product and operational training for new and existing customers, both on-site and virtually, including demonstrating the operation of robots and their accessories.
- Lead internal training efforts to keep employees updated and well-versed in our products.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, customer visits, and training sessions.
- Willingness to undergo continuous training and development.
