Residential Construction Manager

Project Managers at Cherry will be a key component in providing our customers with the best experience in the industry. Excellent and timely service to our customers is of the utmost importance. Our Project Managers will primarily service customers in NJ and PA

Job Duties:

- Assign and supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish
- Work directly with crew leaders and technicians to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
- Work harmoniously with sales and customer service departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Provide excellent customer service and quality assurance
- Coach, train and develop crew leaders and technicians to ensure company processes and standards are met
- Ensure all job sites are left better than when we arrived by thorough clean up
- Review and approve all costs associated with jobs
- Work closely with homeowners to resolve issues

**Requirements**:

- Management experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum of 5 years in the roofing and siding industry

Bonus eligible

Schedule:

- Up to 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute:

- Bensalem, PA 19020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Work Location: One location

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
