Overview of the Staff Accountant Role:

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for:

  • Posting payments for Accounts Receivable and applying payments to customer accounts
  • Researching overdue accounts and following up with customers on past due payments
  • Researching discrepancies for Accounts Payable and investigating missing information
  • Preparing journal entries for month-end close

Preferred Qualifications for a Staff Accountant:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Recent graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Team-oriented - enjoys working with others and communicates effectively

This is a completely on-site position in a dynamic and growing company.
