I am a small business owner who has experienced tremendous growth and I am looking for an experienced and organized assistant to work with me as we grow into a business and start utilizing a real business plan, integrate new systems and discover our preferred technology to use. Whoever I hire will be responsible for providing a little bit of everything from administrative support to the owner, to managing calendars, scheduling, preparing documents, inputting of data, learning software, social media, client interactions, book keeping, photography, artistic input and brand building.

**Responsibilities**:
Care, creativity and a positive mindset towards every day, simple, often mundane tasks.

Structured administrative support to the owner in all three segments of the business.

Maintain and update contact lists and databases.

Organize and maintain documents and files.

Coordinate appointments, schedules and work flow.

Manage calendars and schedule meetings.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Learn how to skillfully use QuickBooks and accounting software, construction management and real estate software, prepare form documents and contracts and provide paperwork to respective offices and client’s regularly.

You are ultimately going to reduce the 1,000 small tasks that come at me in a week and help me continue doing the large scale development of relationships and acquisitions that generates revenue outside the business.

Pay:
Starting at $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on qualifications however as I grow, you will grow.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Milford, CT 06460: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work required

**Experience**:
Quick-books, Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power-point, MLS, Sky Slope, Docu-sign, Microsoft Word, WordPress, various Social Media, various light IT tasks.

Work Location:
In person/ On-site, local traveling required to job sites and other locations

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
