Process Coordinator

**Position Summary**:
The Process Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data recorded and performs ongoing database maintenance within the process department.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review the documents being served on the clients behalf
- Provide any special instructions as indicated by the client
- Make sure the job is assigned to the server in Serve Manager
- Dispatch the work and follow up with Servers for status
- Addressing client questions and solving issues

**Job Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Attention to detail to ensure clients receive the correct advice and support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to provide effective support to a large number of clients accounts
- Computer skills, including word processors and spreadsheet software
- Champion for exceptional customer service in providing business solutions to anticipate and meet client base needs

**Schedule/Locations**:

- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- ** In Office - Riverside**
