Law Firm Receptionist

Established and growing boutique law firm in Irvine seeks full-time entry level receptionist to serve as first contact point for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to help ensure smooth operation of the firm.
**Qualification & Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner;
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals;
- Schedule appointments and assist calendaring for attorneys and staff;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries;
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area and conference rooms;
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry; and
- Communicate with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow and client service.
Firm is in a growth phase and needs a positive, team-player who can integrate with tight-knit firm. Work-life balance is a core firm value. Compensation commensurate with experience.
Pay: $16.00/hour
