**HR Generalist**

Seoyon E-Hwa Texas Inc., is a top-rated manufacturing company specializing in interior automotive parts. Dedicated to innovation and excellence, our primary focus involves offering Tier 1 manufacturing support to the automative OEM’s. As we expand our operations, we are searching for a talented and extremely motivated Human Resources Generalist to play a crucial role in supporting human resources functions at our new Hutto TX location. This is an in-office position reporting to the HR Manager. You will provide a broad range of HR support focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and HR administration. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and work closely with various cross functional teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the recruitment/ talent acquisition process
- Coordinate interview logistics with department managers
- Administer pre-employment screening including background check and drug screen
- Assist with the preparation of new hire materials
- Provide an exceptional onboarding experience when conducting new hire orientations
- Facilitate the setup of new hire employees into the time management system
- Perform and manage employee data during the employee life cycle including onboarding, HR transactions, preparation of documentation, offboarding and reporting
- Manage I9 verifications and documentation for new hires
- Support hourly payroll operations, time tracking, and reporting
- Manage attendance in the time tracking system
- Communicate effectively with shareholders and team members across the organization
- Respond to internal and external HR inquiries timely and professionally
- Handle termination and off-boarding processes and complete appropriate documentation Assists with safety measures adhering to the company’s safety policies and procedures
- Champions the company’s mission, value, vision, and culture and fosters a positive and productive work environment
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Handles other HR duties and responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Associate’ or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years progressive HR Generalist experience required
- Requires essential knowledge of benefit plans and payroll processes
- Broad knowledge of HR principles and best practices
- Exceptional people skills and high emotional intelligence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to recognize and prioritize competing obligations
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, Paylocity or other HRIS systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual in English and Koren HIGHLY desired

Pay Range $55,000 - $65,000 depending upon experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
