**Who is Mueller Landscape?**
Mueller Landscape Inc is a local San Diego County family-owned landscape, lawn, and garden maintenance company serving San Diego County since 1982. We are licensed by the State of CA, C27-862489.
**Our History.**
We are dedicated to providing a landscape maintenance service to residential homeowners, property management companies, and commercial properties that is second to none. Our commitment to quality and consistency has allowed us to grow to over 500 maintenance customers.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Identify the reason for the customer's call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions.
- Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics.
- Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers.
- Document all customer interactions.
- Attend training to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and customer management software.
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of active listening techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.
- Pass a background check.
