**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily benefits processing including enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, rollovers, QDROs, QMCSOs, distributions, loans, hardships and compliance testing for all locations.
- Analyzes current benefits, evaluating the use, services, coverage, effectiveness, cost, plan experience and competitive trends in benefits programs, and identify the company's stance.
- Maintenance of employee benefits files, maintain group benefits database and update employee payroll records accordingly.
- Perform monthly reconciliation on all benefit plans to ensure proper coverage and billing.
- Monitor administrative costs of benefits programs and recommend cost containment strategies, including alternative methods for administration and funding.
- Prepare budgetary recommendations and assist in the monitoring, verifying and reconciling of budgeted funds

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of at least 3-5 years of benefits administration experience within an HR department supporting at least 500 employees
- Bachelor's Degree or SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR and/or CEBS professional designation a plus.
- Experience with HRIS and benefits databases, UKG SharePoint
- Proven record of problem/issue prevention and/or resolution
- Strong working knowledge of benefits contract language
- Strong background in administering 401(k) programs

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
