Attune is a female-led and operated team with 20+ years of experience in the luxury spa industry, and we pride ourselves on building community presence, as well as a team culture that is defined by our core values - integrity, authenticity, support, and passion. As patients ourselves, we saw the med spa industry needed disruption. Our nationwide med spas are launching in early 2024, and we are looking for an experienced and seasoned Social Media Coordinator to join our team at the Stamford flagship location.

**JOB OVERVIEW**

Social Media Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

- Creating content and ensure it is posted on all social media platforms. This includes Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Familiarity working with Canva, Figma, Planoly, and other related platforms. [MR1]
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
- Attend events and produce social media content.
- Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels.
- Collaborate with marketing agency to create a social media calendar.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Review analytics and reports on key metrics developed by marketing agency.
- Assist in the development and management of a social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
- Partner with neighboring businesses for organic marketing growth strategy.
- Report on online reviews and feedback from customers.

Social Media Coordinator Qualifications / Skills:

- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tool.
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML.
- Excellent social listening skills
- Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space.
- Familiarity working with Canva, Figma, Planoly, Later, and other related platforms.
- Familiarity with medical spa and wellness industry.
- Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
- Top -notch oral and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure.
- Prefer to live withing 10 miles of Stamford, CT
- Reliable Transportation
- Flexible hours may be required

**Education** and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years experience with B2C social media marketing or content development
- Direct experience using social media management tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus
