**Leasing Consultant**

Wolfe & Taylor is currently seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Update availability
- Following up with maintenance requests
- Perform move out and move in inspections
- Obtain property marketing photos
- Adjust leasing adds accordingly
- Put out “for rent,” signs
- Submit move out inspection to APM to gather bids for turn
- Follow up with upcoming move ins, ensure required documents and payments are received, prep move in packets, and prepare for move in
- Assist APM in coordinating roommate release/roommate additions
- Coordinate occupied showings with residents and prospects. Must be able to tour properties which includes walking the property and climbing stairs
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in
- Assist with completing weekly, monthly, and special reports as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Property Manager
- Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
- Additional duties as assigned

**Skills Needed**:
Previous leasing experience is a plus.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.92 per hour
