Premiere Security Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in providing top-notch security solutions in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas.

**The Schedule **(40 Hours)

Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 8:00pm

**Responsibilities**:

- **Provide **Security Officer** services to protect the client’s store, and its assets.
- Stand post at the main entrance to detect, report and deter unauthorized activities.
- Provide access control to the client’s store via ID check.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity from within the store.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have an active DC Security Officer License**.
- Must have reliable transportation. Tardiness is not accepted.
- Previous Security experience preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Ability to **stand** for extended periods of time.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening

**Notes**:

- **MUST have an active DC Security Officer License at the time of interview**.
- The client may fluctuate the schedule from time to time to adjust services as needed.

Pay: $18.50 per hour
