Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members.
- Train and mentor new housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure quality control.
- Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment for all staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform cleaning duties as necessary to support the team and meet client needs.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a housekeeper, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory management.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.68 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
