Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members.
  • Train and mentor new housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure quality control.
  • Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment for all staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Perform cleaning duties as necessary to support the team and meet client needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a housekeeper, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to highquality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory management.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks as needed.
