Patient Experience Associate, UHS 4 Newton Ave Norwich
United Health Services is seeking a Patient Experience Associate to join our Norwich Pediatrics department at UHS 4 Newton Ave Norwich in Norwich, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$15.00 - $20.74 per hour, depending on experience.
Overview
Under supervision, performs secretarial duties, utilizing knowledge of medical terminology and hospital, clinical, or laboratory procedures.
**Qualifications**:
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Two years’ experience in medical environment with working knowledge of insurance applicable to outpatient medical care.
- Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Medical Terminology, experience with scheduling.
License/Certification
Preferred:
- Current driver's license
