ADU Resource Center is the fastest growing ADU Design and Construction Company in Southern California and we are expanding rapidly We have completed over 500 projects completed since 2020 and plan to onboard 200 projects in 2024. We need experienced and talented territory salespeople that can cover Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, and San Gabriel Valley.

This is a plug and play role but we will give you all the necessary tools to perform your best.

This is a fast growing design and build company with massive sales commission potential for those who passionately work in sales. We have a great team, manage our time well with a sophisticated CRM system and work well together in a fun, fast paced and highly communicative space.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**MUST** ADU Construction Sales Experience**
**Driver's License (required)**
**Sales Experience: 5-10 years (required)**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Zoom/Video call meetings
Perform inspections of multiple properties and send out proposals in a timely fashion
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Price quote our product/service and close your deals.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Attend once per week sales meetings and product training workshops
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.

**SKILLS**

Must be computer savvy to work our company CRM systems and programs.
Proven work experience as a sales top performer
Highly motivated and target driven personality
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Must have a reliable vehicle

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
