**Job Summary**:
Kleen Concepts, Production Lead Supervisor is responsible for creating and executing the production plan. The position will also coordinate production workflow for multiple products while prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Will take a leading role in continuous improvement, product flow and capacity improvement to improve the overall efficiency of manufacturing. Your role will involve coordinating production activities, ensuring compliance with GMP, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with Production Mangers all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, inventory management, executing work orders and quality control.
- Train and supervise direct production staff, providing guidance, ensuring SOP and Quality is achieved.
- Monitor and review work orders, production lines and employees, to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Relay relevant information to management regarding material shortages, schedule interruptions and possible equipment maintenance that would affect production.
- Review part availability including quality approval prior to scheduling.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports yields and efficiencies recommendation for improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Must have manufacturing experience with multiple product lines.**:

- Relevant experience as a supervisor in an environment with controlled processes.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a GMP manufacturing environment with machines and D/L processing and management.
- Proven Experience in planning with an understanding of Quality Control Processes
- MRP experience is preferred.
- Strong ability to read and communicate in english
- Bi-lingual is a plus (Spanish)
