Move Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Move Manager to join our team. As a Move Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the moving process for our clients. This includes managing logistics, coordinating with customers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient move.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the moving process, from start to finish
- Schedule and oversee the packing, loading, transportation, and unloading of client's belongings
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Coordinate with sales consultant, dispatch and moving crew
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all items are properly packed, labeled, and handled with care
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the move
- Maintain accurate records of all moving activities and expenses

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in data entry and office management software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and vendors
- Clerical skills such as filing, scanning, and transcribing information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
