Direct Care Staff

Special Graces LLC is an HCS provider located in Pearland. We provide services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We have group homes and a Day Hab in Pearland.

**Opening: Direct Care Staff, Monday-Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm**

**Compensation: $13.50 an hour**Job duties include, but are not limited to: Provide direct care and support to an individual with developmental disability/special needs male client in an apartment setting. (No physical behaviors).
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement behavior support plans and strategies to promote positive behaviors
- Assist with transportation to and from the Day Hab using company vehicle
- Document and maintain accurate records of individual progress and behavior

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years' experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- High School Diploma or GED
- NO felonies
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
