Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
- Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
- Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
- Assigns and works closely with all department leaders to establish and monitor policies and guidelines in the day to operations of each department, to ensure profitability, safety and consistency.
- Monitors hotel occupancy and suggest staffing adjustments accordingly.
- Schedules, attends and/or participates in department meetings, staff meetings and weekly one on one meetings.
- Collaborates with all department leaders on ways to continually improve departmental service.
- Performs and assist the required annual Quality Assurance audit with the General Manager.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned related to the position and or operation departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred to have at least three years of experience in the hotel industry with a major brand in a similar and or operations positions.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food industry or hospitality sector
- Proficiency in kitchen operations, food production, and POS systems
- Strong team management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Will acquire a Criminal Background Check, Drug Testing and E-Verify. _
- Preferred one year of experience and or in a similar position. _

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
