Receptionist/property Manager

**Duties**:

- Collect and track rent payments using Appfolio
- Enforce terms of rental agreements by letting tenants know if their rent is overdue and sending out notices if necessary
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and secure environment for tenants
- Manage budgets, collect rent, and handle financial transactions
- Keep accurate records of property-related finances - Answer phone calls in a respectable manner
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

**Skills**:

- Experience in property management or related field is a plus
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in office management tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members in English and in Spanish.
- Knowledge of Appfolio for property management is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with phone systems for effective communication
- Ability to transcribe information accurately

This position is Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm and Friday's from 10 am to 6 pm. If you possess the required skills and are looking to excel in property management, we encourage you to apply.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Fall River, MA 02721: Relocate before starting work (required)
