**Summary**:
Luminess is currently hiring for a Social Media Content Creator with a passion for beauty and makeup artistry If you are looking to combine your love for makeup and marketing, have a background in social media, are outgoing and trendy, and enjoy inspiring others to look their best and feel good in their skin

**What you will be doing**:

- Produces high-quality, visually appealing online content including makeup tutorials, product demonstrations, and beauty tips promoting Luminess makeup products.
- Films and edits photos and videos using software to ensure consistency, quality, and brand cohesion.
- Collaborates with marketing team to conceptualize and produce engaging campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and special events.
- Monitors and responds to comments, and engages with audience to build brand loyalty.
- Follows emerging trends in makeup, beauty, and digital media to identify new opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
- Monitors increase in traffic due to new content and takes action accordingly to improve the traffic metrics.
- Completes filming, editing, and posting projects on-time and within budget.
- Is comfortable in front of the camera, and ensures content aligns with the brand's overall creative direction.
- Attends events and functions as and when appropriate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**What you will need**:

- High school diploma or GED required. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar field preferred.
- Proven experience as a content creator, social media influencer, or brand ambassador in the beauty or cosmetics industry
- Passionate about makeup artistry and a keen eye for beauty trends and techniques.
- Strong creative vision and the ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing software for social media content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented, adaptable, self-starter, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism.
- Attention to detail.
