Call Center Representative

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team at My Home Furniture, a stylish furniture store known for its high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with information about our furniture products, services, and promotions.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Answer incoming calls from customers to provide information about our furniture products, pricing, delivery options, and payment methods.
3. Assist customers in selecting the right furniture pieces to meet their needs and preferences.
4. Process orders, make changes to existing orders, and track delivery statuses.
5. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Collect customer feedback and communicate customer needs to other departments within the company.
7. Adhere to customer service standards and established procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse customers.
3. Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
4. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
5. Knowledge of our furniture products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
6. Ability to work effectively in a friendly and dynamic team environment.
Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
