**About The Job**
- You will manage member and guest relations
- You will manage a small team and their schedules
- You will interact and engage with our members, guests, and the public
- Assist members with reservations, requests, membership sales and renewals
- Provide club tours for potential members and guests
- Prepare and update membership agreements and accounts ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Monitor daily reservations, staff schedule & maintain fleet service schedule
- Assist on the docks and assist dockhands as needed
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day and holidays excluding Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day

**Skills & Experience**
- 2-4 years as an office manager, office administrator, or relevant front office experience
- Experience in luxury hospitality, high-end hotels, or private membership clubs
- The ability to manage a team including their schedules
- The ability to multitask, handle, organize, and prioritize multiple requests
- Time management, the ability to manage to your own workload and your team's
- Utilizing a CRM to monitor and manage sales and inquiries, alongside the Sales Team and General Manager
- Customer service with a focus on creating positive experiences
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, membership clubs and resorts, and concierge-style service is preferred

**Compensation will include a base salary and bonus opportunities based on club performance.**

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
