**Job Title**: Contract Implementation Clerk

**Reports To**: Vice President

**FLSA Status**: Non-Exempt

**Summary**: Assists customers to set up accounts and provides services to include opening, maintaining and closing accounts by performing the following duties.

**Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Scan documents into database.*
- Create UPS label for mail outs.*
- Make photo copies.*
- Fax out-going documentation.*
- File completed client folders.*
- Enter data into database for the Contracts team.*
- Provide general administrative support to Contracts team.

**Language Ability**:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

**Math Ability**:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

**Reasoning Ability**:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

**Computer Skills**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

**Education/Experience**:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
