**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Create and manage content for social media pages for each brand, ensuring consistent and engaging posts across all platforms.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Work directly with the president to create and manage marketing campaigns for each brand on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Yelp, and others. Track results, make adjustments as needed, and create monthly reports to track ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- **Client Management**: Work closely with the catering department to track leads and organic clients, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- **Content Creation**: Capture content on occasional weekends and nights. Design flyers and other marketing collateral as needed. Create weekly newsletters for each brand.
- **Skills and Proficiency**: Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other design software. Basic design skills are essential, and photography and food styling skills are a plus.
- **Video and Reel Creation**: Must be skilled in creating engaging food-related reels and videos. Our style is short, informative, and features quick transitions to encourage engagement.
- **Engagement Understanding**: Have a strong understanding of how engagement works on social media and be able to implement strategies to increase interaction and followers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management and marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and video editing software.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Understanding of marketing analytics and ability to create detailed reports.
- Ability to work occasional weekends and nights to capture content.
- Photography and food styling experience is a plus.
