Office Assistant/receptionist

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the glass industry (helpful but not required)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
- Working knowledge of office equipment, Computers, Printers, Fax machines, Cell Phones
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Requires strong verbal/written communication, organization
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Must have background in QuickBooks Desktop
- Knowledge of internet marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, Facebook, Instagram.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming customer calls
- Generate Estimates, Sales orders, & Invoices
- Accounts payable & receivables
- Manage daily accounting
- Create, process, and track purchase orders
- Create various reports for management in Excel
- Payroll - ADP

Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
