Join our dedicated team as a Data Intelligence Analyst serving as a senior member of the Statistics and In-House Research team. The Analyst is responsible for guiding and driving organizational data intelligence initiatives by developing and maintaining consultative relationships with key business stakeholders.

The successful applicant will have a hybrid work arrangement, and the position's starting annual salary range is $84,500 - $89,500, with an annual incentive opportunity.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supports senior management by producing and presenting high-level data analysis, audit projects, and review of business processes; conducts research projects; provides insights and makes recommendations to senior management that inform organizational business decisions.
- Performs detailed statistical analysis across Divisions by querying data repositories to produce business intelligence; generates reports on case and survey data providing actionable insights; devises methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources; and supports the quality of data initiatives by leading the data training, assessments and audit plans.
- Applies complex analytical methodologies to prepare comprehensive and detailed reports identifying trends, opportunities, and organizational risks; manages the timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
- Partners with division executives to lead on-site meetings at case management centers and regional offices regarding data intelligence strategies and projects.
- Analyzes and synthesizes case and client survey data; utilizes business intelligence and trend data to make strategic business recommendations.
- Manages data quality audits and data assessment plans; updates systems and programs to reflect changes in organizational structure and business strategies; monitors and assesses quality of data to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Serves as mentor on data analytics; develops information communication procedures, and conducts staff training on business intelligence initiatives; coaches business leaders on effective utilization of dashboards, including data collection, research, and data audits.
- Develops business narratives using data intelligence analytics; delivers presentations on business intelligence and recommendations to management.
- Communicates with internal groups on proposal plans/outcomes, focusing on conveying organizational expectations to impact the AAA's key performance indicators.
- Manages online data dictionary and reviews it annually to ensure it is in sync with trainings and assessments.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and manages updates for data collection policies and standard operating procedure manuals.
- Ensures confidentiality; adheres to the AAA's information security and data privacy policies, procedures, and practices.
- Demonstrates regular, reliable, and predictable job attendance.
- Attends on-site and in-person meetings and training sessions.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, analytics, information systems or related discipline, plus a minimum of 4-6 years of related work experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Expert knowledge of data analysis, statistical modeling, and business intelligence techniques and tools.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing and mentoring data analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead data-driven initiatives from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
