**The Role**

Best practices. Happy customers. Community involvement. We have great stories to tell. But we need a skilled storyteller to help get the word out. An important part of our marketing team, you?ll help plan, create, and distribute content that builds brand awareness, rallies our team, and generates leads. The Marketing Manager is a dedicated and organized leader that oversees all company marketing activities. The individual is a great teammate who shows initiative and works independently on projects but is also willing to take direction in alignment with our Company Strategic Plan.

**Responsibilities**

Strategic planning & execution
- Understanding of sales funnel
- Strategic Planning for all areas of Marketing
- Develop, implement and manage digital marketing strategy and content calendar
- Stay up to date with digital media, trends and best practices
- Advise on competitors' marketing tactics and promotional campaigns (content, strategy changes, market responses)

Social
- Excellent knowledge of social media best practices, trends, popular hashtags
- Responsible for marketing and social media activities to grow and enhance the company's social media presence, interact with target audiences, and promote our brand with engaging content across all social channels
- Execute social campaigns and measure their performance to develop further tactics.
- Plan, create, edit, publish, and monitor social media content (text, images, and video) and strategy that builds brand awareness and meaningful connections
- Implement organic and paid social media strategies to increase campaign performance.

Content Marketing
- Deliver an effective content marketing strategy plan to meet business objectives
- Accountable for production, management, and distribution of content marketing initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, leads, deliver sales
- Use a creative spirit and independent work ethic to create, manage and publish original, high-quality content
- Manage and produce creative content for social media and website platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok and, LinkedIn, to improve our online presence and reputation
- Build out newsletter
- Video capture and editing skills
- Source for relevant bloggers, writers, and influencers to promote our products.
- Set up engagement programs for special and/or ad hoc campaigns (social media, webinars, events, invitations etc.)

Website
- Identify strategies, techniques, and tactics to increase the number of visitors to our website and obtain a high-ranking placement on the results page of search engines
- Perform website analysis, identifying current problems and opportunities with a focus on crawlability, site architecture, and site content
- Develop and implement a link-building strategy, On-Page Optimizations, Internally Linking Landing Pages

SEO
- Work to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns optimized for SEO performance to increase brand awareness and inquiry generation across digital marketing channels.
- Create highly refined keyword strategies that lay the SEO foundation
- SEO Content Management - Editorial Calendars Management, Topic Planning, Communication with bloggers, influencers

Marketing automation support
- Develop new automation flows and triggers to increase customer engagement, website lead conversion rate, and improve customer experience
- Develop and maintain forms, land pages and engagement programs on Marketing Automation Platforms
- Build customer journey flows to execute marketing automation campaigns

Analytics
- Monitor analytics and uses data to inform choices, improve social strategy and formulate new initiatives.
- Retrieve, test, measure, evaluate campaign effectiveness and social results.
- Monitor activities of competitors and industry trends
- Develop and maintain digital marketing reports, including monitoring of ROI and KPIs
- Research key online consumer behavior and implement strategies and KPIs based on
- findings to meet our products? goals and objectives.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills with ability to write coherent, compelling copy that is not only keyword-rich but also user-friendly.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs, research techniques, and data analysis methods.
- A good eye for visual design with ability to conceptualize and create eye-catching content.
- Able to manage several projects simultaneously with challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with website and CMS such as Elementor, Shopify, PageCloud, Wix, DIVI, etc.
- Basic HTML / CSS / JavaScript Knowledge
- MS Office or G Suite equivalents
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Sui
