- Performs health plan and regulatory required reporting
- Interprets required compliance reporting standards, specifications
- Assists in the preparation for health plan and regulatory audits, including document collection and organization
- Leads projects to achieve compliance objectives
- Supports day to day management of Compliance Dept.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 2+ years experience in managed care compliance strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Project Management skills
- Strong analytic skills and attention to detail

Work hours: normal business hours
- 8:30AM-5:00PM.
- Hybrid work environment

Torrance Memorial IPA is a non-profit multi-specialty physician network and a division of Torrance Memorial Health System. For over 30 years, THIPA has been serving the South Bay community with high-quality and personalized care from over 450 primary care and specialist physicians as well as the nationally recognized Torrance Memorial Medical Center.

Pay: $29.58 - $44.76 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
