**The Role at a Glance**
- As an Accounting Analyst, you will consult/analyze and deliver on more complex assignments/projects for assigned area(s) of Accounting responsibility. You will act as a resource to applicable internal/external stakeholders. Additionally in this role, you will prepare, record, analyze, and report more complex accounting transactions and ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.- #LI-Remote**What you'll be doing**
- Maintaining knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions
- Championing and enhancing organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives
- Serving as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects
- Performing more complex accounting activities, including preparing, classifying, recording, maintaining, and reconciling the General Ledger accounts, sub-ledgers, and subsystems in compliance with the accepted accounting policies and principles.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality
- Consulting/Analyzing on more complex assignments and/or projects.
