- Plan and coordinate product releases, working closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, sales, and customer success.
- Define and track key performance indicators for assigned products to measure success and inform future investment decisions.
- Analyze market trends and competitive products to inform the product roadmap and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Conduct product discovery through user research and feedback analysis to deeply understand customer behavior, needs, and pain points and inform product decisions.
- Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and market feedback, share product knowledge and updates, and support the sales process with relevant product information and demos.

Here's What You Need:

- 3+ years of experience in a Product Analyst or Product Owner role, working with SaaS products. Experience with event management software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Proven track record of facilitating meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development processes, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development tools, release management, version control, testing methodologies, and deployment management.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of projects from conception to completion, working independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
