- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or experience in a scripting/programming language (e.g. Python).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
- Experience with modeling, experimentation, and causal inference.
- Experience in Trust and Safety, Intel, or policy.

**About the job**:
Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. Within the Intel AI and Automation team, we're driving a transformation in how we approach intelligence. We partner closely across intelligence, product, and engineering teams to integrate AI and automation, turning insights into action.

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**:

- Leverage SQL to build robust and scalable scripts and workflows that automate data collection, enrichment, and delivery, maximizing the team's impact.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, effectively translating complex Trust and Safety Intelligence needs into clear, actionable requirements for data solutions.
- Establish standardized processes and methodologies for data analysis that can be applied across diverse topics, ensuring consistency and efficiency in generating valuable insights.
- Work autonomously to identify and solve problems and collaborate effectively within a team to develop comprehensive solutions.
- Transform raw data into compelling visualizations and reports that clearly communicate key findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
